CrossFit Games Director Dave Castro announced the final events for the top 30 men and women after Midline March.

4 rope climbs
3 overhead squats (245 / 165 lb.)

Time Cap: 4 minutes

After completing Thick 'n Quick, athletes will complete an unknown event, revealed to them on the floor.
