"You can have a tremendous effect as an individual. You can have a tremendous effect as a small group," Brian Wilson of Potomac CrossFit says. "So if there are charities or organizations or movements that you feel like you should be a part of, then do it."
On July 6, CrossFitters will work out for Hope at the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Anyone can join, whether at the Washington Monument or the local park or box.
